The safety and wellbeing of our guests and teams has always been incredibly important to us and everyone visiting our hotel should rightly expect a safe, clean and protected environment. The coronavirus crisis has brought this into sharp focus, which is why we have worked hard to adapt our systems and grow throughout the last 12 months.  We are working hard so that you continue to feel safe when staying with us, with these measures:

Checking-in & Social Distancing

Minimising contact at reception with protective screens, keeping social distancing measures in place and auto-dispense hand sanitiser is available in public areas.

Bed Linen & Towels

Laundering all our linen and towels at over 60°C to thermally disinfect at high temperatures, so you can enjoy a safe and great night’s sleep. We have also removed additional blankets and pillows, still available upon request of course.

Hygiene & Anti-Viral Sanitising Spray

More frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, door handles and handrails. In our public areas, we’re paying special attention to air conditioning and heating controls, TV remotes, door handles and desks.

Protective Equipment For Our Teams

We provide all our team members with protective equipment including gloves, aprons, face masks and hand sanitiser. We are continuously updating our guidelines for our teams in-line with government advice, while empowering team members, where appropriate, with the choice to wear the protective equipment provided.

A Generous Serving of Safety

We’ve introduced signs and one-way routes, moved tables to create extra space and installed protective screens to keep everyone safe around public areas. Enhanced cleaning practices are in place throughout the restaurant and every table is cleaned between visits. Paper menus are available however, our new online food app ensures that guests can feel safe with our easy ordering system.
